: Hello there, just to say that things do get better. I have suffered with tmjd for almost two years. They have been the hardest two years of my life. I still suffer but i have learned how to cope with it alot better. I changed jobs, countries even...it is all about positivity. I am seeking medical attention which is also helping but I still get bad days. If anyone wishes to contact me on my above email, feel free, for a chat, some advise or just to chat to someone that understands what you are going through, boy its been tough!!!
